Before you commit
Before agreeing or paying for a visit, check the legal business details, scope, appointment, deposit and balance timing, cancellation and refund arrangements, and warranty process in the written booking confirmation. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. No payment is taken on this website.
Access and authority
The person instructing the work must arrange the necessary permission, including access to relevant flats, shared areas or neighbouring land. Protected building fabric and any required permissions should be discussed before work is authorised.
Repair and reinstatement
The residential package includes the agreed plumbing investigation, necessary access, repair, materials, testing and report. Decorative and remedial reinstatement, drying and unrelated building work are excluded. Commercial and larger shared-network jobs are quoted individually.
Insurance enquiries
Ask your insurer about approval requirements before instructing work. Cover and reimbursement are matters for your policy and insurer, and are not guaranteed by the availability of a report.
